Documents Required for New Admission
- Duly filled Admission Form
- Original School Leaving / Transfer Certificate (if coming from other institution)
- Photocopy of the Progress Report of previous class passed
- Birth Certificate (Attested Photocopy)
- Three PP size photographs of the candidate & one photograph of Parents.
- Aadhar Card of candidate as well as Parents.
Withdrawals
- Written notice of withdrawal should be given in advance before the end of the month, otherwise the fees for the following month may also be charged.
- A School Leaving Certificate will only be issued on submission of an application for withdrawal and when overdue fees and any other outstanding debts have been paid.
- For the withdrawal of a student from the school, an application must be sent in advance.
School Routine
- There are two vacations in a year: Summer Vacation and Winter Vacation, and a session break after the end of exams in month of March.
- The second Saturday of every month is a non-working day for students only.
- PTM will be organized on second Saturday once in two months.
- All other holidays and activities are notified in writing to parents.
Attendance and Leave
- Every student is expected to achieve 100% attendance unless prevented by illness and / or other unavoidable circumstances
- There will be eight casual leaves for students in a year. Absence without information will panelized and Rs. 5/- per day will be charged as an absence fine.
- Leave of absence of student will be granted only:
- 1.In case of serious illness of blood relatives.
- 2.For the marriage of a blood relative.
- 3.In case of his / her own illness.
Withdrawal
- Parents have to give one month’s notice for withdrawal of their ward(s) failing which a month’s fee in lieu of notice will be charged.
- A student can also be asked to leave the school on ground of indiscipline or unsatisfactory progress in studies.
- Security will be refunded after one month from the date of withdrawal. No interest will be paid on the security held by the school.
